Create League

  1. Log in and click administrator at the top right.
  2. Click Create League under the Leagues in the top navigation bar.
  3. Fill in all the information about your league (i.e. League Name, City, State, etc.) then click the Save button.
  4. After you click Save, you will be at the League Setting. Take note of the link next to where it says League Website.  This is the URL you will distribute to all team captains.  They will be able to check schedules, standings, etc.

Create Teams

  1. From the league menu, click Teams on the left navigation.
  2. Click the New Team button.
  3. Enter all team information.
  4. click the Save button.
  5. Repeat steps 2-5 to add all necessary teams.

Create Fields

  1. From the league menu, click Fields on the left navigation.
  2. Enter a field name in the green row and then click the Quick Add button.
  3. Repeat step 2 to add all necessary fields.

Add Seasons, Divisions

  1. Click Seasons on the left navigation.
  2. Click the Add Season in the drop down menu.
  3. Enter the season name.
  4. Make sure Active is set to yes.
  5. Click the Add button.
  6. Once at the Seasons & Divisions page select the new season you just created if not already selected in Step 1.
  7. In Step 2 click the Add New Division button. Enter division name and click Add.
  8. In Step 3 select teams you want in that division. You can select more than one by holding down the <CTRL> key.
  9. Click the Assign button in Step 4.
  10. Repeat steps 7-8 until all teams are in their appropriate divisions.
  11. Click Click to Add Games button in Step 5.
  12. At the League Game page enter all game information including game date, time, field, home & away teams.  You can click the Add More Rows button to add multiple games at once.
  13. Click Save to create the games.
